Gina began her FRG career in 2011 as Front Desk Coordinator at the opening of MoCo’s Founding Farmers. Soon after she was promoted to Hospitality Coordinator, and is now the Marketing Communications Specialist, working as a liaison between our valued FRG guests and our dedicated management team.

While studying at L’Academie de Cuisine, one of our chefs spoke to Jenny’s pastry class about our concept and it captivated her enough to work an internship with us. That turned into a Pastry Cook position after graduation; within months Jenny was promoted to Pastry Supervisor, then to Pastry Chef.

Logan began his FRG journey as a Server at MoCo’s Founding Farmers in 2012 and soon progressed to Bartender. Logan then switched gears out of the restaurants and into Accounting, first accepting a part-time Bookkeeper position in late 2013 that ultimately brought Logan to us full time in 2015.

Bob's story: Bartender to Senior Head Bartender

Bob started with us as a Bartender in 2011. Bob’s talent and passion for our bar & beverage program was rewarded with a promotion to Head Bartender, which included a position with the opening team for Farmers Fishers Bakers. Soon after, Bob was named Senior Head Bartender at Founding Farmers DC then at Founding Farmers Tysons, where he is today.

Management

Maintaining high standards of food, drink and service, as well as providing notable guest experiences are just a few of the daily responsibilities.

A move to DC in 2013 to pursue a career supporting sustainability led to a job at Founding Farmers DC as a Server. Julie was soon promoted to Supervisor, Manager, and Front Desk Manager before being asked to manage the FRG Contact Center in 2015, becoming a valuable, dynamic, and intuitive manager.

Senior Management

These power players develop and mentor teammates while also running successful shifts. Strengthening the people and the business at the same time.

Starting with FRG in 2009, Jaclyn quickly moved from Server to Bartender to Head Bartender. Management knew of her culinary interests and she was delighted to be offered a spot in the Kitchen Manager in Training program. She has found her passion and has worked her way up to Executive Sous Chef.

Our General Managers are experienced, motivated team players that lead by example, develop great talent, and garner results in a fast-paced setting.

Ashley arrived at FRG in 2009 as a Server. Within a year she was rewarded with a management position, and grew to Service Manager in 2012. After honing her skills and experience, Ashley was promoted to General Operations Manager in 2014, and soon after was offered the General Manager position.

Managing Partner

The heart and soul of each location, our Managing Partners must have previous, proven experience as they serve as top tier management for Farmers Restaurant Group, responsible for all aspects of the business, and ensuring consistency and transparency through all FRG locations.
