Our Up & Coming Founding Farmers Hits the Links

Our up and coming Founding Farmers in King of Prussia, PA team joined golfers from all over for a great day on the links at the annual Montco Golf Classic last weekend.

Hosted by the oldest country club in the nation, the Philadelphia Cricket Club, this event brought dozens of restaurants to the greens of the club’s two beautiful courses providing snacks and refreshments for the golfers.

Our team was happy to revitalize golfers with our Clementine Cooler, a light, slightly sweet, thirst-quenching cocktail made from our very own Founding Spirits Vodka, infused with clementine, Founding Farmers house-made clementine bitters, lime, honey, and maraschino. This craft-made cocktail is just one of the many created by our renowned Beverage Director Jon Arroyo that contain our proprietary line of spirits and house-made syrups and mixers.

This fall, our Pennsylvania friends will be able to get these tasty cocktails and more, when Founding Farmers opens its full-service, farmer-owned restaurant and bar in King of Prussia, a suburb of Philadelphia. Founding Farmers KOP will be similar to its DC-area siblings by serving delicious, scratch-made food and drink primarily sourced from American family farms. Our First Bake Cafe & Creamery will also serve light fare, our delicious First Bake Blend coffee roasted especially for us by Compass Coffee, and an assortment of treats, such as our Buck’s Donuts, cakes, and pies, and our famous house-made ice cream. Our scratch-made bread, which is served at all of our restaurants, will be sold for guests to enjoy at home. Founding Farmers KOP will be open everyday for lunch and dinner, weekday breakfast, and a Farmer’s Market Buffet Brunch on the weekend and most holiday Mondays.

Part of Farmers Restaurant Group, Founding Farmers KOP was delighted to join its new neighbors for the Montco Golf Classic and introduce our new sibling to the region.
