Senior Management
Our senior management staff work every day to develop and mentor our teams. From our kitchens to our back offices, and across all of our restaurant brands, our top-level teams strengthen not only our company’s mission and operational strategies, but every aspect of our business.
Compensation:
$100,000 plus
General Manager
Second to none, our GMs are experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated industry leaders. As passionate about offering great food and drink as they are about providing excellent guest services, our GMs know how to build and develop great teams, and garner great results, every day.
Compensation:
$110,000 plus
Managing Partner
The heart and soul of each location, our MPs have previous, proven experience. As top-tier management, our MPs are responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout all FRG locations.
Compensation:
$200,000+
