Calla started at FRG in May 2016, working in food service, which is invaluable industry experience. Soon, Calla took her experience behind the bar learning to craft cocktails side by side with our award-winning bar team. An eager, quick learner, Calla soon secured a spot within our in-house training program to serve as head bartender then worked to achieve bar & beverage manager status, overseeing a team of talented bartenders that remain inspired by Calla every day.

Logan began his FRG journey as in food and beverage at MoCo’s Founding Farmers in 2012. Switching gears out of the restaurant side of our business and into accounting, Logan worked part-time then moved to a full-time spot, since transitioning to accounting manager.

Our talented management teams not only oversee their in-house staff, but also manage our daily operations, services, and systems. Our managers are critical to running our streamlined service and operational strategy playbooks.

Recruited by one of our team members, Maribel’s dynamic, personable service style makes her a standout. Joining FRG as FOH Manager in 2013, in true form, Maribel sought to expand her operations knowledge, moving behind the scenes as a Sous Chef. That tenacity paid off. A promotion to Service Manager followed, and now Maribel oversees her own FRG restaurant as General Manager.

Managing Partner

The heart and soul of each location, our MPs have previous, proven experience. As top-tier management, our MPs are responsible for all aspects of the business, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout all FRG locations.
