Farmers Restaurant Group Named One of The Best Places to Work in DC

We are thrilled to announce that Farmers Restaurant Group was named one of the Greater Washington, D.C. area’s Best Places to Work by the Washington Business Journal. 

On Thursday night, some of our team joined other nominees at this year’s Washington Business Journal celebration at the MGM National Harbor. Our Co-Owner, Dan Simons, asked “Who gets credit for being one of the best places to work? Our people. Like with any great recipe, it’s the quality of ingredients where the magic happens. The way you mix them together to bring out the best in them.”

At FRG, we believe in mission over profit. We are in it for the long haul. Just like our farmer owners, we work to source the best sustainable ingredients we can, while protecting our planet and everyone on it. We know this starts at home, with our team. We can’t be awesome unless we support our people, their hopes and dreams, and their mental health and wellbeing. We believe Everything Matters. Everything is Personal.
