Our team recently took a trip up to Lancaster, PA to visit To-Jo Mushroom Farm. Aside from the remarkable story of the growing success of this family farm, another major draw to To-Jo Farms was the simple fact that their values and mission align with ours here at Farmers Restaurant Group. They care and understand the true value of having a high quality product, and their team works to consistently bring this value to their customers. Every one of To-Jo’s products are grown, processed and packed at their family run and owned facilities in Avondale, PA. We were thrilled to be able to have the opportunity to take a closer look at this process!
